| Update booking map is disabled | Wait for the cloud save and confirm that the attached event is a draft. |
| An attendee export is disabled | Check that the board audience allows attendees. |
| An imported plan looks incomplete | Read the import report. PDF uses its first page; DXF supports only the listed geometry types. |
| An exported file looks outdated | Exports are snapshots. Export again after saving the intended design. |
Ask for useful help
Provide the map name, organization, event name if attached, the action you tried, and the exact error. A screenshot of the issue can help, but avoid exposing ticket QR codes, guest contact details, or private payment information.
