Attach and apply
- Create a draft event and add its seated ticket types.
- Open the cloud map and choose Attach to event. Select the draft and choose Attach map.
- Review every seat’s ticket tier after attachment. A planning tier may need to be matched to the event’s actual ticket type.
- Select the board that should be used for bookings. Include only the seats that guests should book, with attendee visibility enabled and planning status available.
- Wait for All changes saved. Open Event settings and optionally choose Use this map’s address and pin for the event.
- Choose Update booking map and wait for confirmation. Inspect the map from the event before publishing.
What is copied
The active board provides the background and eligible seat positions, labels, and ticket-type assignments. Other boards remain part of your saved workspace; applying one board does not combine all boards into a single booking layout.
Cloud save is not public release
Cloud autosave preserves the editor design. Update booking map updates the event’s booking setup. Publish makes the event available for guests. Treat these as three separate checkpoints.
Live layout protection
The booking layout can be updated only while the event is a draft. Once live, it is locked to protect issued tickets. Do not attempt to remove or relabel sold seats through a new design; use the supported event lifecycle and guest-support tools.
