Choose the right object
| Object | Use it for | Specific controls and behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Zone | A rectangular area such as a general-admission zone or service area. | Name, size, rotation, fill/pattern, elevation, standing capacity, attendee visibility, accessibility, and status text. |
| Stage | A performance area with a 3D presentation. | The shared layout and appearance controls; in 3D mode, roof height, side wings, truss/lights, and LED wall. |
| Polygon | An irregular area or venue boundary. | Click the outline points and finish the path. Edit point coordinates, width/depth, fill, capacity, and Lock boundary. |
| Route | A path through the venue. | Path points and measured length. Edit or add points to change the route; at least two points remain. |
| Moving object | An animated route for planning movement. | Choose its representation, route points, count, speed, timing, loop, stops, and keyframes. See Motion. |
| Seat | One individually labeled place. | Label/name, position, rotation, ticket tier, planning availability, and accessibility. Only eligible attached seats become bookable. |
| Table | A table or seating-group anchor. | Shared layout/appearance. Generate round-table seating to create the surrounding seats; a table shape alone is not a bookable seat. |
| Asset | A venue item such as a bar, gate, or speaker. | Asset style plus shared layout, appearance, elevation, visibility, and capacity fields where offered. |
| Text | A readable label on the plan. | Label text and layout. Keep the label short and check it at attendee-preview scale. |
| Measurement | A measured line between points. | Place the measurement endpoints and inspect the distance. Its accuracy depends on your plan’s scale. |
| Comment | A note for the editing team. | Comment text, replies, and Resolved state. Use it to track a design question; do not put guest instructions only in a team comment. |
Shared controls
Most objects share name, position, dimensions, rotation, elevation, visibility, and lock controls. The exact panel changes with the object type, selected mode, or multiple selection. Use the Properties reference for the meaning of each shared field.
Finish a path
Click to add points for a polygon, route, or other path-based tool. Enter finishes a path; Escape cancels it. Polygons require at least three points, while routes require at least two. Review the completed geometry in Properties.
