Privacy notice

VenuDash is operated by Moneon Labs N.V., Suriname. Effective October 11, 2026.

Information we use

We process account and profile details, email addresses, organizer and team memberships, event details and uploaded images, bookings, ticket assignments, payment references and organizer confirmations, seat reservations, cancellation requests, and gate scan records. Scan records include the ticket, event, outcome, time, staff account, selected gate, device label and server verification duration. We also process preferences and saved events that you choose to store.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver bookings and notifications, manage event access, prevent duplicate admission or booking, resolve support requests, and maintain service security. Organizers see the guest and operational information needed to run their events. Event view statistics count sessions by event and day; they are not a count of verified individual people. Queue counts are entered by staff and are estimates.

Sharing and visibility

Organizer profiles and published event details are public. Booking and scan information is restricted to the attendee and authorized event staff according to their role. Authorized platform staff can review organizer access and platform activity. Service providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication and email process information needed for those functions. We do not publish ticket credentials in monitoring reports. Avoid including sensitive personal or banking information in free-text messages.

Storage, account controls and requests

We retain information needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain booking and financial records, and meet applicable obligations. Exact retention depends on the record and purpose; deleting a profile does not automatically erase records that must be retained. You can edit profile details and preferences in your account. To request access, correction, account closure, deletion, or information about service providers and processing locations, email [email protected]. We may verify account ownership before acting and will explain any records that must remain.

Browser storage and security

VenuDash uses session cookies and browser storage for sign-in, preferences and functionality such as event navigation. Camera access is requested when you choose to scan; the scanning interface reads QR codes on your device and submits ticket credentials for verification. Do not share sign-in codes or ticket QR images publicly. Report suspected misuse or privacy concerns to our contact address.
