Terms of use
VenuDash is operated by Moneon Labs N.V., Suriname. Effective October 11, 2026.
Using VenuDash
VenuDash is a technology platform provided by Moneon Labs N.V. for event discovery, online ticket sales, registration, event mapping and check-in. Events listed on VenuDash are created, hosted and operated by independent organizers, not by VenuDash or Moneon Labs N.V. Using our tools, displaying our branding or receiving organizer approval does not make us the host, promoter or operator of an event. Keep account details accurate, protect your sign-in codes, and use only accounts and team permissions you are authorized to use. Do not resell copied tickets, interfere with scanning or seat reservations, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Bookings and payments
The event organizer is responsible for the event, its descriptions, admission requirements, prices, and payment instructions. Review these details before booking. Where payment is required, you pay the organizer directly. VenuDash does not collect or hold those funds. A pending registration is not an entry ticket: tickets are issued after payment confirmation. Reservations and payment deadlines can expire, releasing the place. Keep proof of payment and contact the organizer if you paid after a deadline or a payment has not been confirmed.
Cancellations and refunds
Request cancellation from your booking. The organizer reviews your request under its published event terms and applicable rights. Your tickets remain valid during review; approval revokes the tickets in that booking. If an organizer cancels an event, VenuDash stops sales, revokes entry tickets, notifies booked attendees, and records required refunds for confirmed paid bookings. The organizer must arrange repayment directly. A recorded refund is the organizer’s confirmation of an external payment, not a transfer by VenuDash. Contact the organizer if funds have not arrived; unresolved platform issues can be reported to us.
Organizer responsibilities
The organizer is responsible for planning, hosting and operating its event, including the venue, performers, staff, security, safety, admission and compliance with applicable law. VenuDash and Moneon Labs N.V. provide the technology; they do not undertake these event responsibilities on the organizer’s behalf.
Provide accurate event, location, accessibility, price and contact information. Publish any event-specific cancellation conditions before accepting registrations. Confirm payments only after checking your records. Inform attendees of material changes and arrange refunds when required. Grant staff only the access they need. Guest data and scan histories may be used for legitimate event operations and support, not unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.
Event permits and approvals
The organizer must identify, obtain and maintain every permit, licence, consent and approval required for its event and venue, within the deadlines set by the relevant authorities. The organizer must comply with all conditions, including those relating to capacity, public safety, security, noise and the event’s operation. Listing an event, selling tickets through VenuDash or receiving platform verification is not an event permit or confirmation of legal compliance. VenuDash and Moneon Labs N.V. do not apply for permits or verify their sufficiency on the organizer’s behalf.
Event taxes in Suriname
The organizer is responsible for determining whether vermakelijkheidsbelasting (tax on public entertainment) and any other taxes or levies apply to its event. It must complete the required registrations, declarations, ticket or revenue records, filings and payments with the competent authorities, and retain the necessary supporting records. A free ticket or free use of VenuDash does not by itself establish a tax exemption. Organizers should confirm their obligations with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.
VenuDash’s platform fee is a charge for technology services. It is not a payment of entertainment tax, a permit fee or a substitute for the organizer’s tax obligations. VenuDash and Moneon Labs N.V. do not assume responsibility for the organizer’s permit applications, tax filings, tax payments or failures to comply. This allocation of responsibilities applies to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Platform fees
Free events are free: VenuDash charges no fees on free tickets. For a paid ticket, the platform fee is 5% of that ticket’s price, calculated separately for each ticket. For example, a ticket priced at SRD 200 has a SRD 10 platform fee. This 5% platform fee excludes payment processing fees; any applicable payment processing fees are separate. Review the payment instructions and fee breakdown applicable to your booking or organizer account.
Tickets, access and moderation
A ticket admits one guest once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Seat holds are temporary and become final only through the booking flow. Organizer approval verifies platform access; it is not a guarantee of event quality or performance. We may restrict accounts or pause new sales when necessary to investigate misuse or protect users. Existing financial and booking records are preserved for support and accountability.
Problems and changes
We aim to provide accurate, available services, but connectivity and technical failures can occur. Organizers should plan a gate support process. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to these terms will be identified with a new effective date and communicated where appropriate.
