A question about your booking?
Open your booking in My tickets. For payment confirmation, admission rules, accessibility, event changes, cancellation or a refund, contact the event organizer using its public organizer page. Cancellation requests can also be sent from the booking itself.
Platform, safety and privacy support
Contact Moneon Labs N.V. at [email protected]. Include the event name, booking reference and a description of the issue. Never include your sign-in code or complete ticket QR code. For a privacy or account-closure request, write from the email associated with your account when possible.
At the gate
Ask the event’s gate manager for help if a ticket is shown as already used, invalid, or for another event. Only the event team can confirm entry arrangements. If your connection fails, wait for a confirmed scan result before admitting a guest or trying again.
