Reserve your place
- Open the event and choose Register for free. If asked to sign in, use the account that should hold the registration. You return to the same event after signing in.
- Complete your first and last name if your VenuDash profile is missing them. These details belong to your account; the organizer cannot replace your identity fields.
- Answer the organizer’s additional questions and submit once. Your confirmation shows whether you are confirmed, awaiting approval, or waitlisted.
Understand your status
Only a confirmed registration reserves a place. A pending request needs organizer approval. A waitlist entry does not grant admission; the organizer must confirm a place when capacity becomes available. Status updates are emailed in your account language.
Open My tickets in Explore to find Your registrations. Open a registration to see its status, original answers, event details and any entry QR code. Keep the QR code private.
Calendar, entry and cancellation
Use Add to calendar to open Google Calendar or Outlook, or download an ICS file. Review the date and location before saving. Download again if the event changes; the file is not a calendar subscription.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet buttons appear only when that provider is enabled and your entry is eligible. A confirmed QR pass remains available even if wallet setup is unavailable.
Cancel registration appears when the organizer allows it, before the event starts and before you have checked in. Review the confirmation carefully: cancellation cannot be undone. Contact the organizer if you need help and the button is unavailable.
