Choose and reserve seats

Read the seat map and understand temporary reservations.

Book assigned seating

  1. Open an event that offers seated tickets and choose the relevant ticket type.
  2. Open the seat map. Pan or zoom to find your preferred area, then read the seat labels and ticket prices.
  3. Select the available seats you want. Check the selected-seat summary before continuing.
  4. Proceed through checkout within the reservation time shown. Complete the required payment steps for a paid booking.
  5. Check that the issued tickets show the seats you intended to book.

What availability means

Available seats can be selected. Seats held by another booking or already sold cannot be booked again. Your selection is temporary until the booking succeeds; a highlighted seat by itself is not proof of purchase.

Availability refreshes while the page is open. If another guest reserves the same seat first, VenuDash asks you to update your selection. Keep the page connected and follow any expiry or availability message.

If a hold expires or the connection drops

Return to the current seat map and choose from the seats available now. Check your orders before starting again if you may already have completed checkout. Contact the organizer with your booking reference if the ticket details differ from what you expected.

Accessibility

Look for accessibility information on the map and in the event description. Contact the organizer before booking if you need a wheelchair position, companion seat, step-free route, or another arrangement that is not clearly described.
